General returns policy
- Wasey Manufacturing Ltd must be informed by email of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery.
- A member of staff will provide you with a Returns Notice Number.
- If an item is returned without a Returns Notice Number, a refund will not be given.
- No parts that have been used, fitted or installed will be accepted for Credit or Refund.
- Any parts returned must be in a resalable condition.
- We do not pay the cost for shipping of any returned goods to us correctly supplied.
- We do not pay VAT/ Import duties on returns, if we are requested to do so your return will be rejected.
Damage returns policy
- We take great care to ensure that our products are delivered in perfect condition ready to be installed.
- However, if third party damage occurs whilst the products are in transit, we will require photographic evidence of the box condition when the products arrived and/or the product itself, detailing any damage.
- We request therefore that all products must be inspected at the point of delivery for any damaged caused whilst in transit, and the damage acknowledged in writing by the courier.
- Please notify us within 24 hours by email regarding any damaged goods that you have received.
