Tube Manipulation.
The Wasey Manufacturing wide range of tube bending sizes gives you a solution to solve your standard diameter tube manipulation requirements. Capacities on our Mandrel bending on CNC machines range from 31.75mm o.d up to 127mm o.d.
When designing your product, it is always better to opt for a “standard” tube diameter. The rigid steel tubing (RST) supply on these sizes is generally widely available and much more cost effective than bespoke tube diameters. Also the bend tooling is already used on our machines, avoiding you tooling costs which is very expensive. Another plus is that any sampling or prototyping is speeded up. We also have a roll bending capability.

Wasey Manufacturing have a variety of tube beading machines, giving us the capability to complete this type of bend work by creating a retaining bead or flange on water and oil pipes to prevent the hose from coming free.

Product Development
Wasey Manufacturing benefits from being able to use advanced technology to measure and inspect tube sections and fabrications to a high accuracy. To do this Wasey Manufacturing use the latest FARO ARM technology equipment recently sourced in 2022. The Faro arm and associated CAD software is also employed to develop new products for our customers by way of Reverse Engineering a physical sample or working to a customer drawing.
